Accessing the hotel is a huge hassle!!! Using a QR code and WhatsApp creates unnecessary complications. The lack of communication for check-in is frustrating!!! Improve your system to make entry smoother!!!

perfect spot near the beach and lively dining options
During my weekend stay, I loved how it was just a few steps to the beach and only a short stroll to the vibrant Kemptown area filled with good cafes and restaurants, making it easy to explore Brighton at my own pace while soaking in the coastal vibes.

Cheap, neat room with a balcony, black out curtains, for example.

Units exactly as in the picture. Modern decor. Fab and decent location within walking distance of Pavilion Theatre. Extra care from the pleasant and thoughtful staff.
Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

Location near the beach offers a decent stroll to key spots, such as the pier. The room, though compact, provided the essentials for a short stay.
The lack of actual reception made check-in a hassle, coupled with narrow stairways that were quite the trek. The rooms feel cramped, like sardines in a can-no space to breathe or comfortably move. Amenities like the shower fluctuating from freezing to scalding can definitely be unnerving, and without sufficient hot water, it reminded me of a game of chance. No breakfast option on-site means finding food elsewhere, and the absence of proper sound insulation leads to early wake-up calls from housekeepers. On top of it, there's minimal information beforehand about deposits and check-in rules, which could throw travelers off.

Main reason for choosing the Brighton Breeze Hotel was that the rate was lower than other hotels in Brighton. The room was a good size but had very basic facilities. I would recommend the hotel if you are just looking for a room to sleep and not expecting any luxuries!

Clean and functional, great for budget travelers
I had a single room, small but perfectly functional, with clean linen and an efficient shower. For the price, it was exactly what I expected, offering basic amenities without the frills. While I appreciated the tea making facilities, the noise from other guests was a bit disruptive at times, so earplugs are a must!

Very basic with no catering but clean and warm. Very good position. No parking right by the hotel but pay and display street parking nearby. It is more of a rooming house than a hotel but if want cheap and don't mind a walk for breakfast it will do.
